Drake is upgrading his sprawling YOLO Estate with more than half a million dollars worth of renovations.

TMZ reported on Monday that renovations have been underway at the Hotline Bling singer's Hidden Hills mansion since March 2017 - and the total job will cost $342,752, according to permits.

Renovations include remodeling his 1,695 square foot master bedroom, and the addition of a new spa and 68 windows to the property.

Drake, 31, also plans on expanding his master bedroom by 98 feet, placing new roofs on all structures with new stucco siding, giving an addition to the maid's room along with the deck placed just above it, adding new doors, remodeling the kitchen and master bath.

The website notes the hit-maker will likely pay more than the $342,752 once the job is complete.

Drake, real name Aubrey Drake Graham, purchased the home from Saddle Ranch Chop House owner Larry Pollack in 2012 for $7.7 million.

The mansion made headlines in 2017 when a fan broke into it twice over the year.
