Nelly counter-sues woman who accused him of raping her on tour bus... after she sought injunction against his penis

Nelly has filed a counter-suit against the woman who accused him of rape.

The rapper claimed Monique Greene lied just to get him criminally prosecuted, TMZ reported.

The alleged attack occurred last October aboard his tour bus parked in a Seattle Walmart lot, after one of his concerts.

According to court documents, the 43-year-old claimed Greene made her way the the VIP section of the club he was playing at, and started enthusiastically flirting with him.

He claimed invited her and others back for a party on his tour bus, where they had consensual sex.

It was when a backup dancer entered the room to use his toilet that she became 'aggressive and disruptive', and was then asked to leave, he alleged.

Earlier this week Greene asked a judge for an injunction against the rapper and his penis.

Greene went to court this week to ask the judge to order Nelly - whose real name is Cornell Iral Haynes Jr. - to not do to other women what she claims he did to her.

Greene said the 43-year-old has a premeditated plan in which he sexually assaults 'beautiful women of color who attend his concerts, seeking out those with beautiful faces and curvy figures' before bringing them backstage.

The 22-year-old goes on to allege that he is 'particularly interested in those who are resistant', according to TMZ, who obtained the court documents.

The nightclub hostess says that once Nelly gets the women alone, he will begin masturbating, 'with the expectation that presenting himself would entitle him to sexual gratification and that the women were drawn to and could not resist his penis'.

If a woman does resist, then he assaults her, which includes ejaculating on her body, she alleges.

Greene said she believes this is his tactic with all women after being made aware of two others who she claims suffered the exact same fate she did.

Earlier this month, photographs of Nelly standing handcuffed after being arrested for the October 7, 2017 rape were released.

Greene, who waived her anonymity, was working at the Seattle club where Nelly had performed the previous evening and said he attacked her on the bus after inviting her there for a party.

The woman called police after being thrown off the bus by Nelly following the alleged attack.

The Hot in Herre singer vehemently denies all allegations.

The criminal case against him was dropped when Greene decided not to go ahead with pursuing charges but she is suing him in civil court.

Other pictures released by Auburn PD show the  bedroom on the bus, with blue stained sheets, unmade beds and clothes strewn everywhere.

In the bedroom, a football and football helmet were used as decorations.

Greene was also pictured in what looks like a hospital room and in a hospital gown, wiping tears from her eyes.

In her lawsuit, she described how on the night of October 6, she was working at the nightclub where she is a hostess when Nelly was performing.

She said he asked her back to his tour bus for an after party and that once they were there, they went into his bedroom.

Green claimed he started masturbating then had oral and vaginal sex with her against her will.

She claimed he refused to wear a condom despite her pleading with him to.

After the alleged attack, she said was thrown off the bus by a member of Nelly's entourage.

Standing outside in the parking lot on her own, she said Nelly then threw a $100 bill at her and harassed her as she tried to call an Uber. That is when she dialed 911. It was 3.40am.

Police arrived and arrested the rapper on a charge of second degree rape.

He was released from custody without charge not long afterwards, however.

Nelly has vehemently denied the accusations.

He has not denied that the pair had sex but says no attack took place.

'Our initial investigation clearly establishes this allegation is devoid of credibility and is motivated by greed and vindictiveness.

'I am confident, once this scurrilous accusation is thoroughly investigated, there will be no charges.

'Nelly is prepared to address and pursue all legal avenues to redress any damage caused by this clearly false allegation,' his lawyer said in a statement at the time.

He has since threatened to file his own lawsuit against Greene for slander.

The rapper's girlfriend Shantel Jackson is unperturbed by the allegations and is standing by him.
