She's had to pull out of some of her Vegas concerts this week, after coming down the the flu.

And Celine Dion clearly felt terrible about it - known for hating to disappoint her legion of loyal fans.

But she was very much cheered up on Thursday evening when fellow singing superstar Adele came to see her show - and nipped backstage afterwards for a chat and a cuddle.

Proudly showcasing a Celine jumper, Adele, 29, joined the singer, 49, and posed for a snap, which Celine was sure to post to her Instagram.

'I had a pretty rough time during the last couple of weeks... a lot of people have been hit with cold and flu bugs... but I'm doing much better now,' she captioned the snap.

'Wasn't able to do all my shows, but was thrilled that Adele came to one of them... I love her so much!' she added.

Adele posed playfully with Celine, hand on hip, as the A New Day Has Come songstress pointed at the image of herself on her pal's sweater.

Celine had previously canceled her show due to a 'nasty virus'. TMZ reported that the cancellation had nothing to do with the incident that took place during her show the day before - which saw a fan get on stage with her.

The My Heart Will Go On star proved once again that she's a class act as she kept her cool during when an overexcited woman launched herself on stage and embraced her.

The Canadian singer got quite a surprise during her concert at Caesar's Palace in Las Vegas two weeks ago when she invited the female fan onstage with her.

In footage captured by a fan in the audience, the woman - who appears to be intoxicated - approaches the Power Of Love hitmaker and gets a little too close for comfort.

A little help: A member of Dion's security team finally tried to remove her but Celine assured her it was okay

'Let me tell you something. I'm glad you came up onstage tonight,' Celine told the woman.

'I'm glad that... I thought you just wanted to come closer to me. But you know what, I'm glad you came closer to me,' she added, barely getting the sentence out before the woman launched herself at the songstress.

The overexcited fan then proceeded to wrap her leg around her idol who gasped as the woman then began to hump her.

A member of her security team finally approached to pull the woman away but Celine assured him that it was fine.
