And on Wednesday's episode of The Ellen DeGeneres Show, Jamie Dornan revealed that his wife Amelia hasn't yet seen him in the risque 50 Shades Of Grey franchise.

The 35-year-old actor explained: 'I don't want to pay for a ticket for her to like... you know.'

When Ellen inquired if it's because she doesn't want to see it, he said he doesn't want to pay for a ticket for her to watch him as the seductive Mr. Grey.

She then asked if it's hard to come home around Valentine's Day - which is when the 50 Shades films are usually released - and see him like Christian Grey and 'being that guy and you got to live up to that.'

Jamie said: 'I'd like to think she's more in love with me than that guy. I know she hasn't seen the movies or anything.'

Jamie and Amelia, an actress and singer, married in 2013 and are parents to two daughters: Dulcie, born 2013, and Elva, born 2016.

Jamie said: 'I don't know how to respond to it because I'm not him.'

He added that because they think he's actually Christian, they usually reference the Red Room.

During his appearance, the movie star also showed off his flexibility skills in a segment of Twister Hunky Hoopla.

He took part in the skit with tWitch and two lucky fans called up from the audience.

50 Shades Freed is the third installment in the franchise; he's played Christian Grey in Fifty Shades Of Grey and Fifty Shades Darker.

He stars alongside Dakota Johnson, who plays his love interest Anastasia Steele.

The film, 50 Shades Freed, hits theaters on February 9, 2018.

Jamie's appearance of Ellen will air on Wednesday.
