Despite missing out on a place in the eagerly anticipated Celebrity Big Brother finale on Friday, they have both seemed to found a soft spot for each other.

And appearing to prove that their new found romance is getting stronger on the outside world, Ginuwine, 47, revealed that Ashley James, 30, was in his hotel room.

The singer was chatting away to FUBAR Radio hosts Lizzie Cundy and Stephen Leng when he revealed: 'Hold on… I want you to talk to someone!' - before passing the phone to the former Made In Chelsea beauty.

'I want you to talk to someone!' Ginuwine, 47, revealed that Ashley James, 30, was in his hotel room during a radio interview with Fubar radio with hosts Lizzie Cundy and Stephen Leng

Ginuwine was asked by Lizzie and Stephen if he wanted Ashley to move to America with him, to which he responded: 'Um… I don't know!

'We've just been talking and we're just trying to make sure it's something we can talk about. We're going to be friends first. Any relationship that you have you should be friends first,' he continued.

Cheekily he then let everyone in for a massive surprise as he handed over the phone to Ashley who echoed Ginuwine's thoughts: 'We're just trying to spend time together.'

Lizzie cheekily asked her if they were enjoying a 'pyjama party together' and Ashley responded: 'No, we were in the Big Brother house last night. We're just hanging out.'

On Thursday's night episode, evicted housemate Ginuwine was seen swooping Ashley into his arms and passionately kissed her.

In the scenes filmed before she was evicted, the Made In Chelsea beauty looked absolutely smitten as she puckered up to the singer.

After getting the boot on Tuesday, the pink-haired beauty told The Sun of her relief at abstaining from on-screen sex with 47-year-old CBB castmate Ginuwine.

Ashley continued to sing Ginuwine's praises: 'It's nice because he's my friend anyway, you know? We had such a good time in the house. He was just like a rock in the house'

She told the newspaper: 'He and I behaved in a respectable way. They [my parents] know my morals. I didn't think they would be worried about that. Before I went into the house I didn't want any form of romance.

Ashley added of their future: 'I'm excited to see how this develops, but we live on different continents so I can't promise what will happen.'

Ginuwine has two daughters, Dream Sarae Lumpkin, 15, and Story, 16, as well as 25-year-old son Elgin, Jr., in addition to six more children with other women.

Meanwhile, Ashley went on to admit that she had no idea love would blossom in the house with the father-of-nine, as she wasn't initially attracted to anyone in the house.

She explained it didn't deter from fancying Ginuwine, saying: 'I've never looked at a man on a first date and found them attractive! I really don't care about the physicality - I don't care about the physical. I find him attractive based on his energy.'
