EXCLUSIVE: Rosie O'Donnell unloads her 7-bedroom Dutch Colonial mansion for $5.3 million but the FOUR other homes at her New York waterfront compound are still up for grabs

Rosie O'Donnell has unloaded one of her five homes located at her New York waterfront compound, for a cool $5.3 million, DailyMail.com has learned.

The comedian had listed the seven-bedroom and seven-bathroom mansion last November, along with four other residences that could be purchased individually or for a collective price of $10.79 million.

It seems that the soon-to-be new home owner settled for just one mansion located at the gated Hudson River compound in South Nyack, New York.

O'Donnell, 55, has recently pocketed another $5 million paycheck with the sale of her West Palm Beach waterfront vacation property in January.

The recently purchased home served as the TV personality's main residence and makes for an easy 30 minute commute into midtown Manhattan, according to the Ellis Sotheby's property listing, which is pending.

The stately blue 20th century Dutch Colonial was built in 1906, and comes complete with a saltwater hot tub, pool with waterfall and Jacuzzi.

The floor plan boasts of 7,000 square feet, which is surely spacious enough for the mystery buyer.

The kitchen has two sets of islands, one for cooking prep with a sink, another that doubles as a breakfast bar, with ample seating for eight people. 

Wooden floors line the walkways which leads to a sweeping staircase and two master bedrooms among a host of fireplaces.

An outdoor tennis court and a carriage house with one bedroom are set near a two-car detached garage.

There also is a large wooden play-set, complete with slides, rock wall climbing and swings. 

The large pool area with stone accents overlooks the scenic river, with a large dock for boating and other water activities.  

Still up for grabs at the compound is the second-largest home, which features four bedrooms and a wraparound porch, and is $2.2 million on its own.

Another home on the property is listed for $1.99 million and boasts of three bedrooms with its own riverside dock.

Two smaller homes behind the riverfront lots are asking $525,000 for a one-bedroom cottage and $775,000 for a three-bedroom contemporary.

The former talk show host bought the compound for an original $8.6 million in several transactions starting in May 2001 and finishing in January 2008. 

If O'Donnell sells the remaining four homes at her desired asking price, she stands to profit a cool $2.19 million from the overall sales.

Over the past months, Rosie has been an outspoken opponent of President Donald Trump and his administration, using Twitter to call out lawmakers.

She came under scrutiny in late December when she illegally offered $2 million bribe each to Senators Jeff Flake and Susan Collins if they would vote no on Trump's tax bill.

'NO I WILL NOT KILL AMERICANS FOR THE SUOER [super] RICH. No s*** 2 million cash each' she wrote, telling the lawmakers to send her a direct message on Twitter if they were interested in negotiating.  

It's a felony to offer money to a politician to influence acts such as voting on a bill -though O'Donnell may not know that, or may have meant the offer as a joke.   

O’Donnell had lived in the compound with her children, Blake and Vivienne.
