She's used to sharing pictures of herself in various states of undress and Kim Kardashian posted an 11-year-old snap on Tuesday.

Taking to Instagram, the 37-year-old uploaded the image of herself wearing a white two-piece as she reclined on a boat, writing: '2007 pic taken on my blackberry by @parishilton.'

The post comes after Kim admitted to having stretch mark laser removal around her cleavage after breastfeeding her children, but she had worried about the pain factor.

It's little wonder the reality star still looks so youthful as she spoke about some of the lengths she goes to in order to preserve her looks.

Kim decided to have the area around her breasts lasered after breastfeeding her first child, daughter North, now four, but admits she was concerned that the procedure would be incredibly painful.

She wrote on her official app: 'After breastfeeding North, I wasn’t happy with the stretch marks on my boobs, so I had the area Coolbeam lasered by Dr. Ourian.

'It made SUCH a difference. The Coolbeam lasers are the best for removing scars, stretch marks and skin imperfections.

She continued: 'I love ultrasound radio frequency, or USRF, for skin tightening! USRF uses ultrasound energy to increase collagen production, and to lift and tighten the skin.

'I’ve done these treatments on my neck, hands and stomach, but it can also be done on other areas of the body.

'Anyone who has had kids understands what pregnancy will do to your belly button - getting an ultrasound treatment on my stomach just totally tightened the area up.'

As she is now: Kim still looks fantastic 11 years on from when her throwback picture was taken - and she explained that her doctor has been helping her to get the results she wants

'Dr. Ourian always tells me that USRF is amazing for preventatively fighting the signs of aging so that later in life you don’t have to get a more serious procedure, like cosmetic surgery.

'It’s kind of painful (I never thought I could love someone and hate someone so much at the same time than when Dr. Ourian was lasering my stomach, LOL), but it’s so worth it when you see the results (sic)'

Meanwhile, Paris Hilton spoke to Entertainment Tonight about being made over to look like Kim for Kanye West's upcoming Yeezy Season 6 collection.

She said: 'They called me and said that Kanye wanted me to be a part of the the Yeezy campaign, and then they came and got me ready.

'I looked in the mirror and I'm like, "Oh my god! I look like a Kim clone!"'

Adding: 'I love the line, it's very sexy. [Kim and I] have known each other since we were little girls. It was a fun thing to do.'

Paris shared an image of herself as Kim on Instagram, simply captioning it with the words: '#YeezySeason6.'
