Bethenny & Fredrik: Frankel argues on street with new partner Eklund after accusing him of 'underdelivering'

Bethenny Frankel just partnered with real estate tycoon Fredrik Eklund, but they were already fighting bitterly on Tuesday's episode of their Bravo reality show.

The latest episode of Bethenny & Fredrik saw the doyenne of Skinnygirl Cocktails accusing the Million Dollar Listing star of 'underdelivering'.

'Hello! Would you just stop talking for once in your freaking life!' exclaimed Fredrik, who claimed to have sent Bethenny at least '80 listings' already.

The belligerent businesswoman was annoyed that Fredrik was going on vacation too frequently.

'You're not sending me any listings… you went to Thailand…Paris and London, and now you're going to Africa,' barked the 47-year-old reality star.

'Do you understand that I have a life,' he retorted angrily.

'She's talking to me like I work for her, no!' raged the 40-year-old Swede.

'I'm way too old and too successful to have some crazy lady talk to me like this,' he added, calling her 'annoying'.

They had it out on a street corner.

'If we're gong to start doing a volume business we have to get on the road,' she demanded.

Fredrik was furious and began to doubt the whole partnership.

'Is this really something that I want?' he asked himself at the close of the episode.

The show opened with the planning of a bathroom for 10 Madison Square West.

Bethenny demanded the 'hooker discount', but Fredrik was more concerned with 'quality' than price.

'I'm putting my foot down,' she demanded.

The next day they went to a yoga class to calm down.

'I'm a yogi…a very Type-A person…it's good for me,' she admitted.

'I have a camel toe,' said Bethenny, who was also worried about picking gold digger boyfriends with 'the wrong intentions'.

'I might not meet the right person for me,' she fretted.

They quickly moved to the next possible investment.

They went to Avenue D, which Bethenny described as 'aggressive'.

'This isn't the East Village this is the East River,' she complained.

The price was $849,000 for a small two-bedroom.

'There's poo poo and chicken bones,' griped Bethenny as she surveyed the area.

The next place was another cramped two-bedroom for $1.61 million.

Bethenny was horrified that the kitchen was so close to the toilet.

'What is it, like I'm sautéing onions and douching at the same time?' she asked.

Fredrik was planning a trip to Africa with his husband Derek Kaplan and they shopped for suits and silly hats.

That left Bethenny to shop for bathtubs.

She chose one for less than $1,000, then grew irritated that Fredrik was 'underdelivering' with finding listings for them.

'Fredrik pursued me, he asked me to marry him in real estate life, and I accepted. And now he's not backing up any of his vows,' Bethenny said in a confessional.

'I have a very big issue with you criticizing me,' he complained.
