An Julianne Hough looked phenomenal as she sported a casual look while on a stroll in Los Angeles on Saturday.

The 29-year-old Dancing with the Stars professional stepped out in a white tank top, beige jeans, and a dark gray cardigan duster while basking in the California sun.

The new red head wore her tresses tousled around her shoulders while letting her natural beauty radiate with a fresh face.

Julianne accessorized her outfit with a brown leather bag and an orange to-go mug that she carried in her hand.

Julianne finished off her casual ensemble with brown statement flip-flop sandals.

Although she is known for her remarkably fit physique, the dancer recently revealed she was called 'fat every day' according to a recent interview with Redbook magazine.

Julianne recalled how she compared herself to everyone and was even told she was big - even though it 'was the skinniest she'd ever been'.

Julianne told the publication: 'I was very self-accepting growing up, then something switched in middle school.'

'I would compare myself to everyone ... and later I did a film where I basically was told I was fat every day, yet I was the skinniest I’d ever been.'

Julianne continued: 'Now, when I’m self-conscious, I’ll do something completely crazy or goofy to get out of my own head - something fun that reminds me of the freedom I felt as a kid before all that happened.'

The revelation comes after Julianne revealed she is 'much more comfortable in her skin' than she was ten years ago.

Julianne said: 'I'm so much more comfortable in my skin today than I was at 18.'

The wife of NHL hockey player Brooks Laich continued: 'I think a lot of that had to do with [being] focused on who I thought people wanted me to be rather than who I truly am. I used to wear so much makeup.

'I think that also had to do with having to cover up my zits. I think we tend to feel comfortable and it becomes a sort of security blanket to have a lot of makeup on.'

Julianne ended: 'That's why I love when my skin is fresh.'

Despite her difficulties with her body, the little sister of Derek Hough has continued to live a healthy lifestyle and has even created a workout tour called MOVE Interactive with her brother.
