Holly was also seen tenderly carrying a white rose in support of the #MeToo movement, with the bloom perfectly matching her all-white look.

Stars attending the evening's awards show were requested to wear a white rose, in a show of solidarity against sexual harassment in the workplace.

The white rose trend started at the Grammy Awards 2018 last month, and have continued on to the British alternative in London.

The awards ceremony - hosted by comedian Jack Whitehall - saw Dua Lipa come out on top with two wins out of five nominations, while Stormzy also received two gongs.

Ed Sheeran was a hot favourite with four nominations, but only managed to win the Global Success award.

The international categories also saw huge megastars including Drake, Beck, P!nk and Taylor Swift up for awards, as well as Bjork's ninth BRIT nomination.

Sadly the Icelandic singer came up short, with Lorde winning Best International Female, along with Kendrick Lamar for Best International Male and Foo Fighters for Best International Group.

There also could have been a spot of awkwardness on the night as former One Direction bandmates Harry Styles, Zayn Malik and Liam Payne went head to head in the category of British Artist Video Of The Year.
