Lose the pout Liz! Miss Hurley's smile reveals a telling crease above her lip

Liz Hurley may have been selling organic meats at a farmers' market today - but when she smiled there was something far more trouty going on.

The 44-year-old model's lips were certainly on the plump side and when she broke into one of her trademark pouts, a crease emerged above her top lip.

Such a look is likely to spark fresh questions over whether the once thin-lipped star has been reaching for the collagen to give her smile a boost.

Hurley, the face of Estee Lauder, was spotted today at the Cirencester Farmers' Market in Gloucestershire.

The model and actress, who set up stall with her home-produced organic meat and Gloucester Old Spot bangers, celebrated the market's 10th anniversary.

Liz, who farms 100 acres at Ampney Knowle, near Cirencester, was due to be presenting a £150 hamper to the winner of the market quiz.

Market manager Simon Smith said: 'Elizabeth Hurley has had a stall at the market since February, selling a range of pork, lamb and beef produced on her farm near Cirencester.

'We're pleased with the interest she takes in Cirencester and the market.'

Liz was joined by her husband Arun Nayar and son Damian, 7, to promote her organic food range, Elizabeth Hurley Foods.

She also plans to launch a range of organic snack bars.

She recently admitted to relying on 'nice photographers and a bit of retouching', and has entered her 13th year as the face of Estee Lauder.

The contract has earned her around £20million.
