Comic book legend Stan Lee fired his road manager after a blazing row in which the felon threatened Lee's daughter, DailyMail.com can reveal.

Max Anderson, who has also been Lee's long-term bodyguard, was fired along with the star's nurse Linda Sanchez, who was already under investigation by Adult Protective Services and who admitted giving Lee naked showers.

The two are alleged to have been involved in a plot to drive a wedge between Stan and his sole heir, his daughter JC Lee, DailyMail.com can reveal.

Anderson, 52, has been banned from Lee's home and there are claims that several further police reports have been made against him. Cops are also probing $1.4 million missing from Lee's accounts.

DailyMail.com can also reveal that another nurse employed to help Lee has told police how she was approached by Anderson, threatened and offered a $50,000 cash bribe to make false claims against JC Lee and one of her associates.

Lee disclosed Wednesday that he has pneumonia in a video message to fans revealed by TMZ in which he said: 'I want you all to know I’m thinking of you, of course I always think of the fans, and I hope you’re all doing well, and I miss you all.'

Meanwhile Sanchez, an assistant nurse who has been 'missing' for several days, has been let go by her nursing agency.

A complaint submitted to the Los Angeles County Adult Protective Services (APS), seen by DailyMail.com, accuses Sanchez of conspiring with Anderson to 'influence' Lee.

It also accuses her of offering massages with 'happy endings' and washing Lee naked in the shower. A female nurse should not be alone with a naked man in such circumstances.

Separately, police are investigating how large sums have disappeared from Lee's accounts and are going through his financial statements to account for up to $1.4 million. The development was first reported by TMZ.

Anderson was fired after filmmaker Keya Morgan, an old friend and partner of Lee, called police to report that the manager was being aggressive towards the star's daughter at Lee's West Hollywood home on February 15.

Morgan told DailyMail.com: 'Stan Lee's daughter was upset and crying and felt very scared of Max and asked me for help.

'She called me and I immediately rushed over to the house and called 911. The police arrived soon after I got there and removed Max from the house.'

It's understood JC, 67, and Max were rowing in front of Stan before Max became threatening and intimidating.

DailyMail.com revealed that several police officers and members of Adult Protective Services attended the home to investigate allegations of battery and separate allegations of elder abuse.

In our exclusive photos Anderson was seen outside the property, after being asked to leave, talking with Lee's former lawyer Tom Lallas and police officers.

Stan has told police he fears for his life when it comes to Anderson and the former road manager has been instructed never to return to Lee's house.

Lee has also parted ways with attorney Lallas and brought in a new lawyer, Ron Rale, who once represented Anna Nicole Smith.

When contacted, Rale said he did not want to comment other than to say his goal is to 'protect Stan'.

DailyMail.com has obtained a notarized copy of a letter sent by Lee to Lallas telling him of his wish to change lawyers, asking him to stop doing any further work for him and make his files available to Rale.

But, bizarrely, Lallas insists he still represents Lee.

When asked if his services had been terminated, he told DailyMail.com: 'No, that is not true. In our view Ron Rale has no authority to act on behalf of Stan Lee.'

He added: 'If you publish something that ruins my reputation that's false... I'll sue you to the end of the earth and I will collect every asset that you have ever owned.'

JC Lee's personal attorney, Kirk Edward Schenck, refused to comment or make statements on the allegations against Anderson, citing client confidentiality and witness safety issues.

Anderson has been Lee's right hand man for years and acted as his road manager at comic book conventions, often seen in photo shoots alongside Lee.

He accompanied Lee to as many 15 comiccon events a year.

Lee's team is now taking a closer look at Anderson's involvement with Lee's business interests, especially his involvement with Lee's lucrative comic con appearances and handling of memorabilia.

Anderson - real name Mac Anderson - has a reputation for violence and intimidating behavior and also has a serious criminal past.

According to court records in Riverside, California he has a 2002 felony conviction for beating up and injuring his wife, for which he was jailed for 365 days in jail and 36 months probation.

Then in 2010, according to court records, he was found guilty of beating his son with a belt, putting him in a choke hold and slamming him on the floor.

The boy went to school with his arm in a sling which raised the alarm with teachers.

For that crime he was sentenced to 36 months probation, a fine and anger management and parenting classes.

Another aspect now under the spotlight is Anderson's close relationship with Sanchez.

DailyMail.com has learned that the 28-year-old assistant nurse quickly became Lee's favorite carer when she started working with him last summer and the star lavished her with gifts and jetted her around the world.

The widower, who lost his wife Joan in July last year, became 'extremely close' to the attractive brunette, sources said. She is 67 years his junior.

She also became close to Anderson and the trio traveled to Australia, China, including Hong Kong and to several US states for comic con events.

In exclusive photos Sanchez, dressed in a revealing designer dress - not a nurse's uniform - was spotted holding Lee's hand at the Ace comic-con event in Glendale, Arizona in January.

The nurse, wearing heavy makeup, accompanied Lee to the two day event and hardly left his side.

Lee joined Captain America star Chris Evans and Spider-Man actor Tom Holland at the Ace comic-con on January 13 and 14.

Sanchez and Anderson, who was also on the trip, were seen together in the audience as Lee was interviewed on stage.

The group stayed at the luxury Palomar hotel in the center of Phoenix and DailyMail.com photographed Sanchez holding Lee's hand as he left the convention riding a mobility scooter.

On the final day Sanchez was seen sitting next to Lee and across from Anderson on a private jet back to LA.

Now with her departure from Lee's side and the firing of manager Anderson, questions surrounding their influence over the elderly Marvel legend have been raised.

DailyMail.com has learned Sanchez was 'investigated' by the nursing agency that first employed her at Lee's house after it was discovered her relationship with the elderly star had 'crossed a line' and was not 'appropriate'.

It is also understood a formal complaint of 'elder abuse' has since been lodged with LA County's Adult Protective Services (APS) who are investigating the allegations.

She never wore nurse's scrubs, instead she wore tight fitting, revealing outfits and lots of makeup, which pleased Stan. Stan and Linda were heard giggling in his locked bedroom and she would help him wash in the shower, it made others in the house uncomfortable.

Sanchez was reported for 'undue influence' - a form of elder abuse, according to the complaint.

DailyMail.com has been told by sources that the report details how multiple people made complaints about Sanchez's behavior with Lee.

They alleged she was overly affectionate, inappropriately dressed and was seen kissing him romantically on the lips on more than one occasion.

The allegations also include that she gave him massages with 'happy endings', the report says.

The report also accuses Sanchez of conspiring with Anderson to 'influence' Lee.

Lee's former attorney, Tom Lallas, told DailyMail.com prior to the police incident that claims Lee had any kind of relationship with his nurse were 'false'.

'Ms. Linda Sanchez renders professional nursing services to and for the benefit of Mr. Lee as necessary and appropriate,' he said.

'Except that Mr. Lee is a nursing patient of Ms. Sanchez, Mr. Lee has no other relationship with her,' he said.

When DailyMail.com put the allegations to Sanchez, also prior to the police incident, she denied the relationship was 'sexual' and had 'crossed a line', saying: 'No, absolutely not. Never has been, never will be. I respect him and he respects me as well and everyone else who has worked here.'

Sanchez conceded she does wash Lee naked in the shower for 'hygiene' reasons but says there is no inappropriate physical contact.

When asked about photos of her holding her client's hand while leaving a comiccon in Arizona, the assistant nurse was quick to insist she was simply 'checking his pulse'.

And as for dressing sexily in her client's presence, Sanchez denied ever showing her cleavage at work, even though our photos suggest otherwise.

'I don't do cleavage. Showing sexy stuff is not really my style, I like long sleeves, turtle necks and sweaters,' she said.

Since police attended Lee's home, Sanchez has not been seen by the nursing agency she works for and her bosses have been unable to contact her.

Calls to her cell phone by DailyMail.com have not been answered or returned.

The allegations are the latest twist in Lee's nursing care.

The situation came to a head when Anderson called police to report Lee's daughter, JC Lee, and an associate, for elder abuse and battery last week

Last year, DailyMail.com revealed, he had been accused by workers from a previous nursing agency of repeatedly groping and harassing a string of young female nurses employed to care for him.

DailyMail.com has not named that agency to protect the anonymity of its workers, who are alleged to be sex attack victims.

However, Sanchez started working for Lee while an employee of the agency, and when its management terminated its relationship with him, she moved to the new company brought in to care for Lee.

A source told DailyMail.com: 'After all the complaints last year the owner of the nursing agency tried to have Linda removed from Stan's case and even tried to get a doctor's order to ensure he got a higher level of care, but she was met with a lot of resistance by Stan and his manager Max Anderson.

'Stan only wanted Linda, he wanted her hours increased not reduced. He had become smitten with her.'

Amid several other complaints, this time about Lee's alleged behavior towards the other nurses caring for him, the nursing agency decided to 'electively terminate' the contract they had with the comic book legend.

Vitale Nursing Inc., run by Julie Wozniak, provides nurses round the clock, seven days a week for Lee.

When contacted by DailyMail.com before the police incident Wozniak denied Sanchez had any kind of inappropriate relationship with Lee.

She has not returned calls in recent days to confirm whether Sanchez is still on her books.

But it's understood Sanchez has not reported in to work for several days and has not told her employer whether she intends to return.

The source is in no doubt that Sanchez was taking advantage of Lee.

'As soon as Linda started working as a nurse for Stan she set out to get in his good graces,' the source said.

'She's a tall, attractive girl and was very flirtatious and Stan loved every minute of it, he fell in love with her.

'Stan and Linda were heard giggling in his locked bedroom and she would help him wash in the shower, it made others in the house uncomfortable.

'She also became close to Max and that cemented her role in the house.

'Linda became Stan's number one nurse and traveled all over the world with him and Max, riding in limos, staying in luxury hotels and flying on private jets.

'She never left Stan's side and enjoyed the good life.

'She never wore nurse's scrubs, instead she wore tight fitting, revealing outfits and lots of makeup, which pleased Stan.'

Sanchez, of Santa Monica, has a checkered past DailyMail.com can reveal.

According to court papers the assistant nurse was found guilty of DUI and a misdemeanor hit and run in 2010 as well as driving without a license.

She was sentenced to 36 months probation and eight days in county jail.

She later violated her probation and was put before the court again the following year and given more jail time.

In 2011 she was also caught driving on a suspended license twice more and slapped with fines, more probation and community service.

During her troubles Sanchez failed to appear in court on more than one occasion and bench warrants were issued.

We later revealed Lee is also alleged to have masturbated in front of a female masseuse at a Chicago hotel after groping the woman and demanding sex.

Lee carried out the alleged sex assault after paying for massage therapy in his hotel suite in April 2017.

Lawyers for Lee say the star 'categorically denies' the allegations and fully intends to fight to protect his 'stellar good name', branding the claims a 'shake down'.

Lee is the former president and chairman of Marvel and co-created Spider-Man, the Fantastic Four, Iron Man, the X-Men, The Incredible Hulk among many other beloved comic book heroes.

Marvel is the highest grossing movie franchise in history having raked in $23billion at the box office and Lee as an executive producer boasts a personal fortune of around $50 million.

Lee is currently developing movie and TV projects and holds the title Chairman Emeritus of Marvel.

A spokesman for APS who are handling the complaint against Sanchez told DailyMail.com: 'Adult Protective Services (APS) cannot provide comments regarding individuals due to confidentiality reasons.'
