But Ruby Rose, 31, was hitting all the right style notes as she stole her latest pose from Diplo for her Instagram post shared via her stories on Friday.

With one arm lent on the bonnet of the much coveted BMWi, the Australian model pulled off the rapper's quirky signature squat next to the vehicle.

The actress toyed with her cropped brunette tresses as she ran her fingers through her hair when she posed for the picture.

Recording artist Ruby kept off the bite to the air in her puffer jacket, worn over her Tommy Hilfiger T-shirt, sweatpants and trainers.

'I stole this pose from Diplo,' the Orange Is The New Black star captioned the social media picture.

No doubt the Guilty Pleasure hitmaker looks up to the Los Angeles-based rapper, who like Ruby also works as a DJ.

The fun snap came after the Aussie stopped using her walking cane in February following her spinal surgery and decade-long battle with the problem.

Ruby was spotted using the walking aid on the red carpet after she underwent an operation to help her 'spine issue'.

Ruby first found her feet in the spotlight when she landed the role as a presenter on MTV Australia following a series of modelling gigs.

The model-turn-actress went onto carve a career in Hollywood when she appeared in action movie Resident Evil: The Final Chapter as well as xXx: Return of Xander Cage and John Wick: Chapter 2.

She then found success on season three and four of Netflix prison drama Orange Is The New Black.
