It was an unseasonably grey and overcast day in Los Angeles on Sunday.

So Amanda Seyfried and husband Thomas Sadoski made the most of the cooler weather by going for a hike in the Santa Monica Mountains.

The 41-year-old Life In Pieces actor strapped their baby daughter to his chest as their precious pooch, Finn, walked by their side.

Amanda, 32, shared a snap of Finn resting his paws at a high view point overlooking Los Angeles, captioned: 'Catching some cloud!'

The Lovelace star may have been casually dressed but her black hoodie carried a very important message across the front.

It read:  'Never forget the difference between fighting for ourselves and fighting for every self.' 

The line was written by Amber Tamblyn for Amy Poehler's Smart Girls and the hoodie comes from My Sister, which fights sex trafficking.

Out for a casual stroll with her husband Thomas Sadoski and daughter Finn, Amanda Seyfried looked sporty in a slogan hoodie, leggings and sneakers.

Her top is by My Sister, an organization that fights against female sex trafficking. The nonprofit teamed with another leading lady, Amber Tamblyn, who created a capsule collection that includes this tunic.

Emblazoned with the words 'Never forget the difference betweeing fighting for ourselves and fighting for every self,' Amanda's top has an positive message that we can all be inspired by.

She teamed it with black leggings and blue sneakers, leaving her long blonde tresses to cascade over her shoulders.

Amanda and Thomas, who celebrate their first wedding anniversary this month, held hands as they strolled.

The actor toted a very precious accessory - their daughter, who turns one on March 24. The couple have yet to reveal the name of their little girl, who was decked out in a pink onesie and a red hat.

Amanda has been busy of late. Her new film, Gringo, is presently in theaters and on Sunday she reminded everyone to go and see it in an Instagram still,

She captioned it: 'I love making movies that don’t take themselves too seriously- and this genre is my absolute favorite. To relish the hilarity is what’s most important. Have fun!'

She will next be seen reprising her role as Sophie in musical Mamma Mia! Here We Go Again, co-starring Meryl Streep, Pierce Brosnan, Colin Firth and StellanSkarsgard, due out on July 20.
