'I don’t really notice a difference, but he does. He drags me out all the time to go running, and he’s really good at motivating me. But in some nice afternoon light, standing on a beach in a bikini, I don’t think I look too bad for a girl who’s nearly 40!...

'I liked my body when I was younger and I do look at old pictures and wish for that body back! I like being curvier, I think that’s fun, but I actually feel the same.

'Regardless of my weight, I always feel the same and I think that’s quite important. I’m a happy person! I don’t really think about it too much – if it wasn’t for my boyfriend motivating me, I’d probably be a lot bigger than I am!'

Speaking to Cosmopolitan Body, Cosmopolitan’s Health and Fitness magazine, Kelly admitted: 'I’m not a super-skinny girl and I do love food.

'For me it’s not about doing 1,000 sit-ups before a photo shoot; it’s about feeling fresh… I’ve got rolls and boobs and I don’t ever want to change.'
