Vanessa Trump was photographed for the first time since filing for divorce from her husband Donald Trump Jr. on Friday. The mother-of-five, 40, was spotted as she headed off on the school run with her two youngest children Chloe and Spencer. Vanessa and the kids attempted to sneak out the back entrance of their Manhattan apartment building around 8am on Friday, with three Secret Service agents closely flanking the family members. Images of Florida shooter Nikolas Cruz (left with his brother Zachary, and right and inset) from November or December of last year were taken around the same time that a caller informed police they believed the 19-year-old would 'kill himself one day' and could be a 'school shooter in the making'. A 911 log released on Thursday by the Broward County Sheriff's Department reveals that police first were warned of Cruz's gun collection in February 2016. Almost exactly two years later, on February 14 of this year, Cruz killed 17 students at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School in Parkland. In the months before the shooting, police and FBI officials received several warnings of Cruz's gun collection and online behavior.

The couple appeared on Good Morning America on Monday to detail their three months living with the 19-year-old Florida school shooter. They said that a stipulation of Cruz living with them was that he store his AR-15 assault rifle in a gun safe. Mr Snead said he thought he had the only key to the safe, and let Cruz into it just once during their stay - to clean a gun. He added that Cruz apologized when he saw them at the police station after last week's shooting.

The teen gunman who shot 17 people at a Florida high school on Wednesday was dressed in a hospital uniform as he was seen leaving the Broward County Sheriff's Office Thursday morning, after a night of questioning. Nikolas Cruz, 19, was transferred to the county jail where he will wait until his first court hearing later today. He is set to be arraigned on 17 counts of premeditated murder. If convicted, he faces the death penalty.

Former student Nikolas Cruz, 19, entered Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School in Parkland armed with an assault rifle and began shooting just after 2pm. Investigators are now looking into whether Cruz may have pulled the fire alarm to draw people into halls so he could get a higher death toll. Broward Sheriff Scott Israel confirmed that 17 people had been killed and dozens more were injured. Cruz was armed with at least one AR-15 rifle and had 'multiple magazines' when he stormed the school, according to the sheriff. The teenager had been expelled from the school for unknown 'disciplinary reasons'. Authorities have already started dissecting his social media accounts and reported that some of things he had been posting was 'very disturbing'. Traumatized students said that once they heard reports of a mass shooting at the school they knew it would be Cruz, while one teacher said he had been identified as a potential threat to his classmates last year.

Donald Trump Jr's wife Vanessa (couple pictured together on the right in April 2016) was hospitalized on Monday after opening a letter with a white powder inside. The Los Angeles County Medical Examiner has declared that Mark Salling's death was a suicide. The disgraced Glee star died on Tuesday in the early morning hours and his body was found in a riverbed according to the coroner's report, which was obtained by DailyMail.com. His death was caused by asphyxia from hanging. Salling had previously attempted to take his own life in August by slitting his wrists as he awaited trial on federal child pornography charges.

A pipe bomb went off in an underground tunnel linking the Times Square subway station and the Port Authority bus terminal  Monday morning. Police have taken one man into custody, who was wearing the homemade explosive. The suspect has been identified as 27-year-old Bangladeshi national Akayed Ullah, who has been living in the U.S. for seven years. Former NYPD Commissioner Bill Bratton said the suspect 'supposedly was setting the device off in the name of ISIS' and that it was 'definitely a terrorist attack, definitely intended'. CNN reports that the bomb detonated prematurely and that if it had gone off as intended the damage could have been catastrophic. Ullah allegedly told investigators at the hospital that he carried out the attack because 'they've been bombing in my country'. He also revealed that he made the device at his job at an electrical company. The FDNY says three other people reported to local hospitals for minor injuries. The incident happened just days after President Trump sparked demonstrations across the world by recognizing Jerusalem as Israel's capital city. One of the largest demonstrations took place in Muslim-majority Bangladesh.
