The socialite had been embroiled in a $100million lawsuit between the phone accessory manufacturer and their rival, LuMee, with whom Kim is 'partnered'.

SnapLight sued Kim's company Kimsaprincess, Inc and her partner company LuMee for making a phone case with a built in light that bears a striking similarity to their own product.
According to the gossip site, SnapLight got a patent for their technology in 2013 - while LuMee received their patent in 2016.
But on Friday the suit was 'tossed out of court' and 'Kim's side is thrilled with the outcome,' report TMZ.

However another lawsuit, launched by Blac Chyna against Kim and other members of her family, is ongoing.
The 29-year-old former stripper named her ex Rob Kardashian, Kris Jenner and Kim in her suit, claiming they had sabotaged their 2016 E! show Rob & Chyna 'despite great ratings,' amid her public falling-out with the sock designer.
The salon owner said that the family, which rocketed to fame with the E! series Keeping Up with the Kardashians, has no hesitation 'about using their fame, wealth and power to take you down, including getting your television show cancelled... and spreading lies about you' if you fall on their bad side.
Chyna said that the reason they were aggressive in their attacks on her was to curtail her success in fields they compete in, such as social media and products like cosmetics.
Hooray: On Friday the suit was 'tossed out of court' and 'Kim's side is thrilled with the outcome,' report TMZ
