Heidi Klum and Tokio Hotel guitarist Tom Kaulitz aren't hiding their love anymore.

The 44-year-old model and her new 28-year-old beau were seen packing on the PDA while Heidi was filming America's Got Talent on Sunday afternoon. 

The two cuddled up as Klum enjoyed a break with her crew.

She shares her little ones with ex-husband Seal, 55, whom she was with from 2005 until 2014.
