Suranne's low-key appearance came after she appeared on ITV's Lorraine last week, where she hinted Doctor Foster fans could be in for a very long wait for season three of the hit BBC thriller.
The former Coronation Street star - who portrays leading lady Dr. Gemma Foster in the drama - admitted filming for the forthcoming series won't be getting underway anytime soon.
During the interview, Lorraine asked Suranne when the acclaimed drama would return, with the star revealing that her other acting commitments, as well as parenting her son, could get in the way.
Hey there! Another successful run on the show was complete and she looked happier than ever
Saying their goodbyes: Suranne was spotted hugging a pal as they parted ways
She said: 'I move on from this show in seven weeks and then I go to do a Sally Wainwright drama until December.
'I'll look at next year when it comes, because I've got a two-year-old as well!'
Following the second series cliffhanger in October, Doctor Foster fans begged the BBC to bring the show back for another season.
And while the channel has remained vague on the show's future, its creator Mike Bartlett, already revealed that he has a story mapped out for another run, which will focus on the doctor's missing son Tom Foster (Tom Taylor).

Suranne and her fellow actor Jason Watkins went into detail about her West End play, which tells the dark tale of a mother whose child went missing, and her confrontation with the man responsible.
The Trollied star said: 'People have a huge appetite for going into dark places, it's very challenging for the audience but also very rewarding.'
'It's a show of brilliant three-dimensional characters.'
'Are people born evil or are they made evil.? It's not an apology for his behaviour but it's a way of understanding why they do things, it doesn't excuse the behaviour but we as human beings need to understand why it is.'
