She finalized her divorce in January.

And this Wednesday, Christina El Moussa wished her hunky new boyfriend, Wheeler Dealers host Ant Anstead, a happy birthday.

Christina, 34, posted a sweet Instagram photo of herself and her Devon-born boyfriend cozying up to each other as they sat at a table.

'At the end of 2017 I was lucky enough to be introduced to this guy through a mutual friend,' began Christina's caption.

The reality TV personality, who separated from her husband and Flip Or Flop co-star Tarek El Moussa in 2016, went on: '#Fate. He has already grounded me in so many ways and I’m so grateful for him.'

Christina continued of her new beau: '@antanstead is an amazing dad to his children and also great with mine, driven and talented, humble and kind, patient and a great listener, fun and hilarious, spiritual and to top it all off he’s hot AF.'

The mother of two closed her caption: 'Happy 39th birthday gorgeous. #hmf #pic'.

Christina and Tarek married in 2009 and began co-starring on their HGTV house-flipping show four years later.

The couple are parents to two children, a seven-year-old daughter named Taylor and atwo-year-old son named Brayden.

After splitting up late in 2016, they got around to filing for divorce last year, and the finishing legal touches were put on the breakup this January.

The way they were: Christina and Tarek married in 2009 and announced their separation in 2016, ultimately finalizing their divorce in January of this year

Ant separated from his own wife of 12 years Louise last July, and they share two daughters, Amelie and Archie.

Christina is now selling the luxurious home the couple lived in together in Yorba Linda, which is in California's Orange County.

She is currently asking $2.995 million for the five-bedroom 6,366-square-foot house, according to People magazine.

According to Realtor.com, she and Tarek paid $2 million for the place in 2013 and spent a further $1.5 million renovating the nine-bathroom house.
