Antonio Banderas joins stunning daughter Stella, 21, at Holy Week celebrations in Malaga hometown

They have returned to Malaga for the traditional Holy Week as part of Easter Weekend.

And Antonio Banderas, 57, watched on intently as he joined his daughter Stella del Carmen Banderas at the Crucifixion procession on Monday.

Witnessing the ceremony from the balcony of a boutique hotel, the father-daughter duo seemed enthralled by the scenes.

Stella looked incredible at the procession, proving that less is more by teaming a classic little black dress with an oversized cardigan.

The blonde beauty allowed her natural beauty to shine through by donning minimal make-up, whilst she framed her face with her glossy tresses.

Meanwhile, Antonio kept things casual in a white denim jacket and displayed his freshly-shaved head and eyebrows, which mark part of his metamorphosis into Pablo Picasso for the second series of Genius.

The actor returns to his hometown of Málaga each year for the religious Easter Weekend.

Antonio has been joined for the celebrations by his daughter and girlfriend Nicole Kimpel, 37.

Stella is the daughter of Antonio and Melanie Griffith, who met and fell in love on the set of the comedy Two Much, and later married in 1996, going on to divorce in 2015.

Whilst Antonio has been in Malaga for the festival, the travel also coincided with the Genius Picasso world premiere in Spain earlier this month.

The artist's story follows the first hit season, which starred Geoffrey Rush as Nobel Prize winning scientist Albert Einstein.

The show earned National Geographic its best ratings ever, with 45 million viewers tuning in globally, and the second series is set to premiere on April 24.
