Jourdan Dunn has revealed she suffers with anxiety and depression in a candid post.

Taking to Instagram on Tuesday, the Victoria's Secret model shared a tweet detailing another person's battle with the conditions as she admitted she can relate.

Addressing her 2.2 million followers, the 27-year-old beauty wrote: 'My life in a tweet.....'

The screenshot of the tweet read: 'Having anxiety & depression is like being scared and tired of the same time.It's the fear of failure, but no urge to be productive.

'It's wanting friends but hate socializing. It's wanting to be alone but not wanting to be lonely. It feels everything at once so it's like you numb [sic].'

The mother-of-one was immediately inundated with supportive messages in the comment section from fans, who praised her for her honesty.

Jourdan was scouted at the age of 15 by Storm Model Management and has gone on to find fame across the globe.

Speaking exclusively to MailOnline in September, Jordan admitted that being in the spotlight means she finds it hard to form friendships - and she trusts her instincts to filter out the disingenuous people.

‘I’ve made strong friendships in the spotlight and you’re meeting new people all the time. But you soon become wary and realise that some people just want to get near you for your name.
