They've been together since last May.

And the romance between Mischa Barton and Australian model James Abercrombie is still going strong.

The couple were spotted leaving a Los Angeles restaurant Tuesday night after enjoying dinner together.

The former star of The O.C. wore a silky black pinafore dress over a white t-shirt with blue lettering on it.

She added peep-toe black heeled boots and sported red polish on her fingernails.

The 32-year-old blonde wore her long hair loose in gentle curls and had black mascara on her eye lashes.

Her beau, who's the son of Australia's richest businessman Andrew Abercrombie, wore gray pants tucked into black ankle boots along with a tee and a camel-colored sheepskin jacket.

James's father was reported last year to be worth $574 million, according to the AFR Rich List.

Romance: James, the son of Australia's richest businessman Andrew Abercrombie, made the move to the US to pursue his modeling career and started dating Mischa after meeting at a party (they'r epictured in West Hollywood in June 2017)

This past November, Mischa's ex-boyfriend Adam Spaw agreed not to release an alleged sex tape of the actress and also agreed to a five-year restraining order in which the former couple will stay 100 yards away from one another, according to court documents cited by The Blast.

Mischa said the alleged videos were recorded by a different ex-boyfriend, Jon Zacharias, without her consent.

She went public with her revenge porn case in March 2017 after she learned from a British tabloid that someone was trying to sell intimate videos for a reported $500,000.
