The dramatic scenes from Redcar, North Yorkshire, were caught on camera after a man fell from a slipway at around 4pm on Good Friday. One man attempted to save the fallen fellow on his own before falling in himself. After that, a man and a woman also fell into the sea while trying to save the pair. The Redcar Royal National Lifeboat Institution spokesperson David Cocks said: 'This was a sequence of events which could so easily have led to multiple deaths.'

Sometimes a dog just needs to get a load off his furry chest. In January, a dog and his owner from Dorsten, Germany, were caught on camera putting on a bluesy performance that is hard to ignore. The video begins with the owner sitting at the piano, while the black and tan dog reclines on a nearby grey rug. As soon as the first chord is struck, the dog turns his head to look at his owner, as if waiting for his cue to start crooning.
