Jennifer Garner has been seen with estranged husband Ben Affleck during a family vacation in Hawaii.

But on Easter Sunday the actress left the Oscar-winning director, 45, back at the hotel to hike with a pretty blonde pal.

'A perfect morning hike with my buddy @bodybysimone. #Aloha and #mahalo!' the Alias vet captioned a image where she smiled to the camera next to friend and fitness trainer Simone De La Rue.

The Catch And Release star is also seen in a video going on a treacherous hike on a narrow path down a steep hill.

'The only way down is down,' the West Virginia native said in the short clip.

Garner also shows a view of the stairs which look well worn in. And it also looks as if she is walking on train tracks.

The 13 Going On 30 actress wore a white tank top over a blue swimsuit top with a blue cap that said Big Sky.

According to a Monday report from People the exes are getting along very well: 'The kids love when they all spend time together. As long as Ben keeps working on himself, Jen is happy. She will continue to support him because it benefits the kids.'

And Jen has made sure the kids had the best time in Hawaii. 'They made a family trip to interact with dolphins, sea lions and stingrays,' added the insider.

'They spent several hours at the park and looked like they had the best time. The kids were all very interested in learning about the animals. They all seem like huge dolphin fans.'

It was also added: 'Jen seemed excited about the trip. She hasn’t been to Hawaii for a while and always loved it.'

Ben has been in Hawaii to shoot his new Netflix film, Triple Frontier.

Garner must have flown in with their three kids - daughters Violet, 12, Seraphina, nine, and son Samuel, six - last week to spend Easter with Ben, who is dating SNL producer Lindsay Shookus.

On Friday, the actress and her family enjoyed a trip to the movies and stopped for sweet treats as well.

Jennifer paired a long-sleeve, black top with a set of athletic shorts. The brunette star wore her long locks down and beneath a baseball cap. The 45-year-old completed her look with pink sneakers and a powder blue bag.

The former couple married in June 2005, and filed legal documents to divorce in April of last year.

Despite their split, the couple have continued to put their children first and reunite for weekly church services on Sunday.
