And the chemistry was palpable on Monday when Emily Blunt joined her husband, co-star and director John Krasinski for the film's New York premiere.
Emily, 35, exuded elegance in a strapless Oscar De La Renta gown that was deep scarlet above the waist and exploded into pale pink frills below.
