She first shot to fame as a model in the 1990s, and became widely known for her voluptuous curves.

But Kelly Brook has revealed she is more confident than ever with her body, now she is approaching her 40s.

Speaking to The Sun on Monday, the beauty admitted she no longer stresses about maintaining a super-slim figure as she wants to live life to the full, and instead focus on keeping fit and healthy.

The busty model, 38, revealed that she has a carefree approach to her body now she is older, and has learned to appreciate her natural self over the years.

She explained: 'To get to an age where you go, 'This is who I am, wrinkles and all, saggy boobs and all' and think, 'Whatever', just makes you really happy.'

Despite feeling the pressure of the fashion industry in her youth, Kelly added that she no longer stresses about being a certain size, and instead tries to remain fit and healthy, while feeding her soul with indulgences.

Revealing this attitude has made her happier than ever, she said: 'I'm more confident with my body now than I was when I was younger.'

After carving a successful modelling career in her 20s, Kelly has stepped away from the spotlight in recent years to enjoy a quiet life in the country with her boyfriend Jeremy Parisi.

While she admitted the relationship has caused her to gain weight, Kelly was quick to she does not care, as she values being able to sit and enjoy good food with her beau and his family.

With Jeremy being brought up in France amongst a family of cooks, she said: 'Being with him I've definitely gained a few pounds, if not stones. And you know what? I love it. '

The model has been seeing Jeremy for nearly three years, having confirmed their romance during a loved-up break to Paris in April 2015.

However, she recently revealed she isn't hugely bothered about tying the knot with her beau, as they are more than happy as they are.

Speaking about marriage on Loose Women last month, she said: 'I think it would be nice, but it's not the be all and end all.'

When asked if Jeremy has ever popped the question, the model-turned-TV presenter dished: 'We joke about it, I've asked him, he asks me.

'But I don't have the romantic vision of walking down the aisle. I'm not going to be the virgin bride.'

The pair currently live happily together at Kelly's £1million country pile in Kent, complete with a 600-year-old apple farm where she grows her own vegetables.
