The unidentified nudist, if he identifies as such, took to the streets of Baltimore slowly trotting up Saint Paul Street during the morning rush hour at 8:30am and passing Mercy Medical Center near the courthouse, according to the Baltimore Sun.  The news of the streaking jogger was the talk of the town including among the hospital valet staff and at a nearby public defender's office.
