Rochelle Humes EXCLUSIVE: Presenter reveals why she DOESN'T post snaps of her two children on social media

She is the proud mum of two daughters.

But Rochelle Humes has revealed why she's decided to keep her children out of the spotlight by shielding their faces on social media.

Speaking exclusively to MailOnline, Rochelle, 31, said that she wants her daughters - four-year-old Alaia-Mai and one-year-old Valentina - to have the choice to step away from show-business when they get older.

Rochelle said that she feels her daughters should have the chance to pursue a future away from her industry, and that they don't need to have their faces splashed all over social media.

She said: 'For me it’s a very great place, but it’s not something they need to be on.

'I would like to my kids to come to me, and they might decide they don’t want to do anything with my industry.

'My daughter is four, she doesn’t even know what my industry is.'

This comes after Rochelle's friend - TOWIE star Chloe Lewis - was lambasted by fans for sharing a snap of the Saturdays singer's daughters at the christening of their youngest Valentina in March.

But Rochelle added that there is no issue between her and Chloe about the now-deleted snap, saying: 'Chloe is a family friend and we’ve been friends for a few years, before she appeared on TOWIE.

'She posted a picture where the kids were in the background. She was really worried, but I didn’t mind.'

Rochelle's revelations came as she prepares to host the fourth series of Ninja Warrior UK with Good Morning Britain's Ben Shepherd and former footballer and Sky Sports presenter Chris Kamara.

While the beauty teased that fans can expect a much tougher course when the show returns, she added that her husband Marvin will also face the all-new obstacles.

She said: 'He was desperate to give it a go, but I was just hoping he wouldn't embarrass me! At least he's half good.'

After confessing she would like to see Keith Lemon face the dreaded wall, Rochelle also teased that fans will get to see stars like ex-TOWIE beauty Lydia Bright and 'even some athletes' show off their fitness skills.

But rather than have a star-studded special for the show, Rochelle said that fans will see celebrities pop-up throughout the series.

She said: 'On the different versions around the world they don’t make a celebrity show. It’s a tough course, but we don’t ease up and make it easier, they don’t get any special treatment.'

Chatting about her time on the ITV prime-time favourite, Rochelle said: 'It’s my favourite job! I’m so lucky I work with some amazing guys, and it’s my favourite couple of weeks.'

Rochelle will also be donning her trainers to run the London Marathon, but has spoken candidly on social media, telling fans that getting in shape for the big run later this month has been tough.

When asked how practice was going she said: 'Not the best! I don’t think I’m going to be a runner! I am doing it and I’m going to get through it.'
