Brooke Burke, 46, again flashes fit body post Dave Charvet split adding she's in 'best shape of her life'
Brooke Burke is not crying over a pint of ice cream on her couch at home after filing for divorce from Dave Charvet last week.
Instead the 46-year-old is posting inspirational messages to Instagram while flashing her toned body.
On Thursday the brunette bombshell was at it again as she declared that she was 'in the best shape of her life.'

The siren's muscle tone was astounding, proving that she must spend at least two hours a day in the gym.

And on Monday the 46-year-old Playboy cover girl broke her silence on ending her marriage of seven years.
The brunette beauty took to the site ModernMoms to say she is 'deeply saddened' but needs to do this for her family.
The model began: 'You may have heard that David and I are divorcing. We have tried to keep our separation private for some time out of respect for our children and family. Although I believe this is a positive change, I am deeply saddened because I loved being married.'
The TV star then said: 'It took me a long time to differentiate between giving up and letting go, and even longer to recognize when it was time to do so.
'We are still a family full of love, simply redefining our dynamics. I believe this is a necessary decision for my entire family unit.'

' I am in that space right now as a woman and a mother, listening to my heart. Iam approaching this with gratitude and unconditional love.'
She ended with: 'Thank you for the outpouring of love and support in the last days.'
Burke listed their date of separation as January 23, 2018 in court documents obtained by E! News.
She cited 'irreconcilable differences' as the reason for their split.
All good here: Their last red carpet event together was on March 10 in Park City, Utah. They took Sierra, Shaya and Rain to the Operation Smile's 7th Annual Park City Ski Challenge at The St. Regis Deer Valley
They wed in St Barts in August, 2011 and went on to have two children together - Shaya, aged 10, and Heaven rain, 11.
Burke already has Neriah, aged 18, and Sierra, aged 16, with plastic surgeon Garth Fisher, 59, of Extreme Makeover fame.
Their last red carpet event together was on March 10 in Park City, Utah.
They took Sierra, Shaya and Rain to the Operation Smile's 7th Annual Park City Ski Challenge at The St. Regis Deer Valley and Deer Valley Resort.
She is best known for her shoots with Maxim and Playboy as well as for starring on Dancing With The Stars then co-hosting the show; she was replaced by Erin Andrews after a few years.
She told The Hype magazine last year she and David were happy homebodies: 'When I'm at home, being a chef is my passion. I love long hours in the kitchen mixing up family meals. And my husband and I love to entertain… It's always the more the merrier at our house.'
Often she poses in bikinis while working out on the beach in Instagram snaps.
In January she said: 'Some days when you want to pull your hair out... ✔️ In with yourself, take a deep breath & let it all go.
