EastEnders' Jessie Wallace cuts a casual figure in a bomber jacket and joggers on a low-key stroll
She's been the face of fiery Kat Slater on Eastenders for almost 20 years.
Yet Jessie Wallace took some time away from her leopard print-clad alter-ego as she took a casual stroll through North London on Thursday.
The 46-year-old soap actress slightly weary as she wandered through the street in a loose-fitting chestnut ruffled jacket and comfortable grey jumper.

Jessie kept it cosy in slouchy black joggers, but injected a hint of colour with her purple-accented trainers.
The famed Albert Square resident tied up her signature raven locks in a messy bun, while stylish sunglasses shielded her eyes.
Jessie appeared relaxed as she carried her shopping in a blue carrier bag, opting away from heavy make-up for a more fresh faced look.
The actress' casual outing comes after Jessie revealed she'd made amends with her half sister Danielle Mason following a bitter 10-year feud.

The half siblings proved they had cast their conflict aside as they celebrated Easter together on Sunday.
Taking to her Instagram story, glamour model Danielle shared a snap of herself and the TV star hugging as they enjoyed a day of festivity with their family.
The pair looked closer than ever in the snap, as they tightly embraced for the camera - after over a decade of conflict.
Beaming widely as they drew each other in for a hug, the pair looked more than happy to be in each other's company - with an insider claiming their relationship was 'stronger than ever'.

An source close to the family told MailOnline: 'They’re stronger than ever and they’ve really pulled through. Everyone’s really proud of them.
'Just like with all siblings, they still have their ups and downs and of course, neither are known to hold back.
'But they’re much tighter now and make up quickly, it’s as if no time has passed really!'
Jessie and Danielle have spent 10 years at loggerheads, after Danielle accused the actress of turning her back on her stepfather Ron Mason, who was battling leukemia.
In 2014, Danielle told The Sun that Jessie’s family were reportedly so appalled by her behaviour that they had ‘washed their hands of her’.

Her dad was taken into hospital two months later, and doctors warned his family that he may not survive to see Christmas.
Danielle said: ‘Jessie’s behaviour has disgusted us. Dad was dying in intensive care, Mum was in pieces and Jessie couldn’t even be bothered to pick up the phone.
‘Luckily he pulled through. But if he hadn’t, he would have died without Jessie ever seeing him again. And the worst part of it is I don’t think she cared.’
She claimed that Jessie knew of her stepfather’s condition but had not been to visit him, and sent just two texts to her mother asking about his health.
However, the pair resolved their feud in 2016, following Ron's tragic passing.
