And it seems like The Weeknd is moving on with yet another one of Justin Bieber's exes.

The 28-year-old crooner - real name Abel Makkonen Tesfaye - was spotted getting rather cozy with model and DJ Chantel Jeffries at Coachella on Saturday night.

However, a source close to The Weeknd told DailyMail.com that, despite appearances, the star is very much single and not dating Chantel. 'They’re just friends,' the source said.

The Weeknd seems to have a penchant for dating the exes of fellow Canadian crooner Bieber as he split from Selena Gomez in the Fall of last year only for her to reconcile with former flame Justin before they called it quits again last month.

Chantel was famously by the now 24-year-old Sorry hitmaker's side in January 2014 when he was arrested for DUI and drag racing in Miami.

This all comes just a night after The Weeknd seemingly had tears running down his face while singing a song allegedly about Selena during his headlining set at Coachella on Friday.

The insider said: 'It’s just a lyric and he knew it would strum up attention and that people would interpret it exactly as they have, but he was never actually going to donate his kidney to Selena.
