Kim Kardashian was at her sister Khloe's side when she gave birth early Thursday AM in Cleveland, Ohio.

And while the reality star, 37, tried to stay strong for her sibling while the new mom dealt with news of boyfriend Tristan Thompson's cheating, she wasn't happy about the basketball player being in the delivery room for the birth.

A Kardashian insider said that Mrs. West 'felt sick' to be around the Lothario according to The Sun, but that the mother-of-three made sure to keep her cool for the sake of her younger sis.

The source said: 'Kim and Kourtney flew out as soon as Khloe went into labour – they'd never miss the birth of her first child.'

The source said: 'It was so hard [to be there] with all the cheating allegations,' which were first reported in a DailyMail.com exclusive on Tuesday.

'Kim and Kourt aren't known for holding back on their opinions, especially on someone who's hurt their sister, but they were acting like nothing had happened.

'They didn't want to spoil the most magical day of her life, so nobody tried to bring up the cheating rumours,' they said, adding: 'Everyone was totally focused on the baby girl.'

'They wanted the birth to be stress free and as relaxed as possible,' said the insider and though the girls 'feel sick at the rumours and what Tristan could have done to Khloe... they promised to be nice.'

The insider pointed out that Kim and Kourtney have yet to post congrats for their sis on social, saying: 'It's telling that while Kris and Kylie were quick to congratulate Khloe publicly on social media, Kim and Kourtney haven't said anything.'

'They're incredibly happy for Khloe, but it's the worst timing for Tristan to be accused of cheating on her.'

And while the older Kardashians were devastated for their sister, the source said Khloe has 'practically already forgiven' Thompson for stepping out with what may be as many as five different women.

The Revenge Body host is taking great measure to ensure her privacy, with her team's planning being treated 'like a top secret mission because Khloe is worried about being pictured not looking her best.'

The plan is for the star 'to be taken from the hospital by car and then put on a private jet,' to make sure she arrives back in LA by Friday night at the latest.

'All she wants is to be at home with her family and her baby. Her team are doing everything they can to make sure it runs like clockwork for her.'
