- Seller has to send item(s) to Mopsies on their cost. Mopsies does not responsible any trouble on shipping.
Buyer Delivery will be shipped on business days (Monday - Friday, excluding major holidays). Most Standard orders within UK are delivered within 3-5 business days from the order's ship date. Orders destined for P.O. Boxes are delivered within 6-14 business days.
- Returns & Replacement Items bought from a Mopsies seller are neither reimbursable, not exchangeable. If you are not pleased with your item, we are happy to relist the item for sale from your account
- Payment, Pricing & Promotions All buyers are able to make payment via Paypal. You can use Paypal account, Credit card and Debit card. Mopsies is not able to proceed refund for returns. Mopsies send payment to Sellers by Cheque and Bank transfer (coming soon).
- Updating Account Information You need to update the Account Information as soon as any change occurred.
- Mopsies handling fee for Seller Mopsies take in total of 15% handling fee per item.
