The royal bride-to-be, 28, opted for bare legs as she enjoyed the sunshine in the capital this morning.
Eugenie teamed her thigh-skimming dress with a pair of black suede boots, while keeping her accessories to a minimum.
Prince Andrew's youngest daughter displayed a natural make-up look for the engagement, while continuing to show off her new bob.Â

She appears to be a fan of the High Street retailer, wearing a printed blue frock from The Lord Mayor's Big Curry Lunch last week. Â
The royal did not appear to wearing tights today, unlike the Duchess of Cambridge who usually opts to wear nude tights for official engagements.
Eugenie looked ready for business as she arrived at the conference centre today, appearing to carry her iPad as she got out of her car. Â

Eugenie is joining Harry and Meghan at the Commonwealth Youth Forum today in a busy week for the royal family.Â
The forum provides an opportunity for the young people of the Commonwealth to build cross-cultural connections and networks, debate the challenges facing its young people, and agree youth-led initiatives to influence decision makers.
Eugenie appears to have been given a new lease of confidence following her engagement to wine merchant in Jack Brooksbank in January.Â
