It's teen stars Sophia Lillis and Jaeden Lieberher land HUGE payrise for horror sequel
Two of the teens who headlined the smash hit It are cashing in on the success of the horror film, which took in more than $700 million in box office receipts last fall.
Sophia Lillis, 16, and Jaeden Lieberher, 15, will receive considerable raises in pay to perform in the sequel It: Chapter 2, TMZ reported on Wednesday, citing documents of their contracts.
Lieberher, who portrayed Bill Denbrough, made $100,000 and a $35,000 bonus for the original, TMZ reported. He'll get $250,000 base pay for the second installment, with a potential bonus payment of $70,000.

Lillis, who played Beverly Marsh, got $65,000 for the first film. She's set to receive $250,000 for her performance in the sequel with potential bonus payment of $150,000, according to the site.
Lillis chat with Zimbio last month in a Q&A, saying she was bowled over by the reaction of her young female fans when she appeared last month at a fan convention in Philadelphia
'All these young girls came up to me to take a picture,' she said. 'I was really proud that Bev spoke to them as well.'
Both young stars are expected to see less screen time in the sequel, as the storyline will focus on the older incarnations of their respective characters, according to the outlet.

Jessica Chastain is set to play an older version of Beverly in the sequel, while James McAvoy is negotiating to play Bill, Variety reported last week. Also linked to the sequel is Saturday Night Live alum Bill Hader, to commandeer an older version of Richie, who Finn Wolfhard played in the original.
Production on the highly-anticipated horror film is planned to commence in a few months, with Andy Muschietti coming back to direct and Bill Skarsgard again portraying Pennywise.
The movie is slated to hit theaters September 6, 2019.
