Emma Stone and Jonah Hill reunite 11 years after Superbad for trippy dark comedy Maniac
They went from staring in teen comedy Superbad to scoring a couple of Oscar nominations each.
And on Wednesday fans got the first look at Jonah Hill and Emma Stone reunited for the first time for their new Netflix series, Maniac.
The dark comedy tells the story of two strangers who take part in a 'mind-bending' pharmaceutical trial that goes awry.

The dark comedy is based on the 2014 Norwegian series of the same name, about a hero who is swept up in dozens of fantastical adventures, which are all imagined from the confines of his psychiatric ward.
Details on the new show are scant, but it appears it will follow a similar plot to the source, with the participants able to live and interact inside their own dreams and fantasies.
It also stars Justin Theroux, as well as Sally Field, who was also seen in character in the new images.

Girls star Jemima Kirke, Ex Machina's Sonoya Mizuno, and Ozark's Julia Garner are also among the cast.
True Detective's Cary Fukunaga is set to direct all ten episodes.
A release date is yet to be confirmed, although it is expected to debut later this year.

It's been eleven years since Hill and Stone starred in Judd Apatow's coming-of-age comedy, which raked in $170million off its $20million budget.
Since then, Hill has been nominated twice by the Academy for Best Supporting Actor, opposite Brad Pitt in 2012's Moneyball and Leonardo DiCaprio in 2014's The Wolf Of Wall Street.
Stone meanwhile picked up a Best Supporting Actress nom for her 2015 turn in Birdman, before landing the Best Actress Oscar outright last year for La La Land.
