Pale and gaunt Prince seen visiting his doctor

Video stills of the 57-year-old's final hours were released on the same day officials said no criminal charges would be pursued over the singer's death because they do not know who supplied the Fentanyl-laced pills that caused his fatal overdose. But Prince’s doctor, Dr Michael Todd Schulenberg, has agreed to pay $30,000 to settle a federal civil violation over claims he illegally prescribed him an opioid painkiller a week before he died. Prince (inset in a file photo) was seen entering Dr Schulenberg's clinic (main) on April 20 where he said he felt 'antsy' and suggested it was because he had stopped taking the non-opioid painkiller Tylenol that morning. He received a urine test and the results tested positive for opiates. The Walgreens video, meanwhile, (top left) shows the singer's assistant entering the store at 5.45pm and 7pm and taking away medicines. Also pictured are medicines found at his house where he died (bottom left, top right and bottom right).

Hero EMT who rescued mom-of-two as she was sucked out of plane window and tried in vain to save her life refuses to detail what happened out of respect for her family - and it's revealed she WAS wearing a seatbelt

Andrew Needum, 34, was on board Southwest Airlines flight 1380 with his two children, his wife and his parents. They were on their way home to Texas after a family vacation to New York City where they'd celebrated his parents 39th wedding anniversary. He was in row seven and Jennifer Riordan was in row 14 when she was sucked out of the window after it was smashed by shrapnel from an exploding engine. Needum, a trained firefighter, ran back to help her after hearing a 'commotion' and after being given an approving 'look' from his wife Stephanie, he said on Thursday. He and Tim McGinty, a farm hand, were able to bring the 43-year-old's body back into the aircraft. Needum and retired nurse Peggy Phillips then performed CPR until the plane made an emergency landing in Philadelphia.
