Khloe Kardashian's baby girl True Thompson has NO middle name as birth certificate is revealed
The birth certificate for Khloe Kardashian and Tristan Thompson's baby has been released.
On Thursday afternoon, the paperwork for True Thompson was shared by TMZ, revealing that she does not have a middle name.
The little girl was welcomed into the world in a Cleveland, Ohio hospital over a week ago amid a flurry of claims Tristan had not been faithful to Khloe.

Most of the information on the certificate is already well known - True weighed in at 6 lbs 13 oz and was 21 inches long when she was born on April 12.

But the lack of a middle name is new. Khloe's middle name is Alexandra. Tristan has two middle names: Trevor and James.
True is the name of Kris Jenner's father and his father also carried the name.

Khloe has not been seen since the arrival of her little girl and she has yet to share a photo of the baby.

The UsWeekly source added that for now, Khloe is staying in Cleveland because she wants to take some special time to bond with True.
