But by Wednesday, Kourtney Kardashian was back in her element, strolling around Calabasas California with her son Mason.

The 39-year-old wore a classy peach-colored ensemble for the day out with her eight-year-old boy.

The Keeping Up With The Kardashians mainstay added inches to her diminutive 5ft1in frame with a pair of heels.

Kourtney wore her straight raven tresses untied and with a center part for the day out with her eldest son, whom she shares with ex Scott Disick.

The TV personality took her Calabasas sass to Washington DC.

On Wednesday the reality TV star posted a photo to Instagram where she was dressed conservatively in a black suit while standing in the memorial for 16th President of the United States, Abraham Lincoln.

The post was captioned: 'It's time for Congress to do its job.'

Kardashian was in DC in support of personal care products legislation, the Personal Care Products Safety Act, introduced a year ago, on Capitol Hill in Washington which seeks to amend the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act and provide enhanced oversight on cosmetics and personal care products.

This coincides with the launch of her beauty kits with sister Kylie Jenner. The line is called KOURT X KYLIE.
