As journalists, we are not able to give specific financial advice. However, our resident experts can try to do so. Visit our Experts section now and email your question to experts@thisismoney.co.uk. Each week we choose a selection of those with the widest appeal to answer. The tools on that section can also put you in touch with an independent financial adviser or a mortgage adviser. 

Problems with the money-saving comparison tools offered by our partners

If you're having problems with our loans, credit cards, insurance or savings account finders, or with any of our other services, please email editor@thisismoney.co.uk or our commercial manager, Sam Lane at advertising@thisismoney.co.uk. We can then follow up your query with one of our partners or help you through the process. If you're not satisfied with the response, please let the editor know editor@thisismoney.co.uk
