And Nicole Scherzinger put the explosive drama behind her as she ensured all eyes were on her at The Avra Restaurant opening in Beverly Hills, California on Thursday.

The American singer, 39, put her phenomenally long legs on display in her monochrome dress which featured a sexy asymmetrical hem slashed to her thigh.

The Don't Hold Your Breath hitmaker wore her raven-coloured tresses tumbling down to her waist in beachy waves.

Fresh from her sun-soaked trip to Spain's Barcelona, the songstress showcased glowing tan in her thigh-split perilously plunging garment.

Meanwhile an X Factor spokesperson told MailOnline: 'There is always speculation regarding the judging panel. It's too early to confirm the judges for the next series.'

Following on from this sources hinted that her co-stars Sharon Osbourne and Louis Walsh would remain on the judging panel, as ITV refused to pay out the remainder of their fees for terminating their contracts early.

A source told The Mail On Sunday: 'Louis and Sharon have to stay. Both made it clear they were going nowhere and they would fight for their jobs.
