Laser hair removal requires being zapped with pulses of laser light that destroy the hair follicle - with regular treatments resulting in no more regrowth.

In the first video, Rita could be seen  lying on her back exposing her underarm to the machine whilst clad in a crop top.

For the second session, the Anywhere singer had her legs treated with the laser machine and appeared to have adjusted to the pain.

It's been a sad week for Rita after her friend and collaborator DJ Avicii, born Tim Bergling, was found dead aged 28.

She took to Twitter to pay her respects, writing: 'I have no words. I remember how amazing it was to make Lonely Together and it felt like just yesterday we were talking.

'Condolences to Avicii's family, friends, and the fans who supported him. May he rest in peace. Gone too soon. I’m devastated. Heartbroken.'

This comes as the DJ and producer's family released a statement thanking fans and fellow musicians for their support and tributes.

'Thank you for all the initiatives taken to honor Tim, with public gatherings, church bells ringing out his music, tributes at Coachella and moments of silence around the world,' the Bergling family said in a statement.

The cause of death is not yet known, but Oman authorities say they have ruled out any criminal activity.
