Copy Kris and go gaga for Gucci's jacket

Kris Jenner has seen her family grow three times this year thanks to Kim, Kylie and now Khloe welcoming little girls in to the already girl powered family.

And Kris was telling Ellen DeGeneres all about her new little granddaughter on the latest episode of her show. Although, we're still hoping for a shot of True!

Looking like the glamorous momager she is Kris donned a Gucci suit that she pulled off effortlessly. The blazer is a stand out, instantly recognizable piece from the designer brand and is designed from stretch viscose and comes in a gorgeous navy. What makes the blazer truly stand out is the white and red ribbed trim and gold buttons.

During Ellen's mock job interview with the matriarch, Kris explained that her future assistant will essentially be 'on call' indefinitely for whatever she may need.

'You know, after hours you'd have to be [available] if I texted you and I need a cocktail,' she joked.

While continuing to feign interest in the position, Ellen asked Kris if she would get an assistant because it seemed like she was going to be busy working for her.

'Well, you would have to show me how that will all work out,' Kris said. 'I'm open and I have a good attitude about that.'

As the mastermind behind the Kardashian-Jenner brand, it is probably safe to say that Kris doesn't have a lot of free time to run menial errands, and Ellen really wanted to know the last time she set foot in a grocery store.

Kris swore she went to Gelson's Markets 'like a month ago' for eight avocados, but Ellen wasn't buying it.

'Why wouldn't you send your assistant for something like that?' the talk show host asked.

'Because it was a Sunday,' Kris replied, prompting Ellen to point out that her assistants are 'supposed to be available 24/7, seven days a week.'

'I know and they didn't answer the phone. That's why I'm looking for a new assistant. Hello!' Kris joked of her recent search for a new employee.

Although it seems unlikely that Kris' former assistant was let go over avocados, she does want to find an employee who is motivated — and a lot like herself.

'I think I would make a really good assistant because I am so detail-oriented and I have really good organizational skills and I'm a good self-starter,' Kris explained. 'And that's what I'm looking for.'

Teaming up with Bumble Bizz, the networking arm of the dating app, Kris is hoping to hire a new assistant using the app's 'women first' feature.

Prospective employees who are interested in applying for the job will be able to match with Kris herself, and she will then narrow down applicants before inviting her top three for interview.

'Being that Bumble Bizz takes the "women make the first move" concept and focuses on female empowerment and opportunity in the professional space, I am so excited to use this platform within the Bumble app for my search for the newest member of my team,' Kris told Bumble Bizz.

And the love-in didn't stop there with Bumble adding: 'They've [the Kardashians and Jenners] built a bigger table, so each family member can be successful — and that's what we're trying to accomplish too.

Bumble has shared that the ideal candidate who generates 'enough buzz will join Kris Jenner's personal team to work directly with her on daily scheduling and organizational tasks and, without a doubt, benefit from once-in-a-lifetime mentorship.'

But a North West parody account @norisblackbook has joked the right candidate 'must know how to make a martini, find work for Kourtney, coordinate and maintain a calendar of Rob's court dates and they must be an expert at ignoring media inquiries about pregnancies.'

On the show Keeping Up With The Kardashians, mother-of-three Kourtney's work ethic has been brought into question by both Kim and Khloe in the past.
