He claimed that 'botched' fillers under his eyes left bruising and lumps just hours before he entered the Italian Big Brother house on Tuesday.

But Human Ken Doll, Rodrigo Alves, 34, appeared in brighter spirits when he was pictured being kissed by handsome Italian VIPs aesthetics surgeon, Giacomo Urtis on Thursday.

Giacomo did not perform Rodrigo's 'botched' surgery but instead offered to melt the filler a week after Rodrigo had the procedure done in Prague.

Rodrigo told MailOnline: 'There are lots of reports in Italy that Giacomo and I are dating but that's not the case. We are just really good friends with lots in common.

'He's a sweet guy and he just likes kissing me. We spend a lot of time together when I'm in Milan, but it's nothing more than friendship.

'Giacomo dissolved all the fillers under my eye and it looks much better now. He did a really good job, but now I am swollen.'
