John Travolta displayed his 'dad moves' as he partied the night away with unlikely pal 50 Cent on Tuesday night.

Going viral in a clip shared to social media, the actor, 64, didn't appear to have a care in the world as he grooved along while the rapper performed his hit, Just a Lil Bit.

Cutting loose after his slick display at the Gotti red carpet at the Cannes Film Festival earlier on in the night, John was seen awkwardly bopping his head along to the music before shaking his hips side to side at the event hosted by MoviePass Ventures.

John was clearly loving his pal's music as he made his way on stage to display his fancy footwork.

Getting into the rhythm of the popular 2005 rap, John shimmied along before raising his hands in the air to keep the energetic momentum going.

While the audience captured his dance moves on camera, the American Crime Story star continued to be lost in the music.

His slick suit also didn't appear to restrict him in any way as he showed off his best moves, despite 50 Cent having changed out of his red carpet suit for a more casual display for the performance.

Earlier on in the night, John was joined by his Kelly Preston and two children at the premiere of their new film Gotti.

The glamorous couple stood alongside their daughter Ella Bleu and son Benjamin, marking their first appearance as a family in Cannes Film Festival.

The Grease icon looked dapper in a sharp black velvet tuxedo as he led his family past awaiting cameras with a smile.

Travolta proudly presented his family on the red carpet ahead of the screening in which he takes on the lead role, no doubt happy to have them by his side.

The 64-year-old's swept back salt-and-pepper hair and beard gave him a more distinguished look, as he stood proudly next to his wife and daughter.

His wife Kelly, who he is co-starring in new film Gotti, was breathtaking in a strapless busty gown.

The actress donned an embellished dress which was belted around the middle in velvet, accentuating her sensational figure.

Kelly, who held the hand of her youngest child, added a touch more sparkle to her outfit with a pair of statement earrings.

Opting for a similar style, Ella, 18, also donned a dramatic tulle frock, which was adorned with a bold monochrome pattern.

The striking beauty covered her floor-length gown with a cropped black cardigan while working the red carpet.

Ella, who is herself a budding actress, wore her raven locks loose, and again taking inspiration from her mother, added glitz with a pair of earrings.

Also looking stylish for the event was the Travolta's son Ben, who was making his first outing on the red carpet at the age of seven.

This is the fifth time the couple have teamed up on-screen, previously starring in The Experts (1989), Battlefield Earth (2000), Old Dogs (2009), and From Paris With Love (2010).

The crime drama covers the life of the infamous leader of the Gambino crime family and was directed by Entourage's Kevin Connolly.

The film is a family affair for the Travolta family with daughter Ella Bleu, 18, starring as Gotti's daughter Angel Gotti.

Rounding out the cast include Stacey Keach, Pruitt Taylor Vince and William DeMeo.

In December it was announced Lionsgate had dropped the John Gotti biopic just 10 days before the movie's scheduled released date.

It's not Travolta's first time commandeering a high-profile role based on a real person, as in 2016, he portrayed attorney Robert Shapiro in The People v. O.J. Simpson: American Crime Story.

Gotti is slated to hit theatres June 15.
