Our bodies often confuse thirst for hunger, so it’s important to keep yourself hydrated. Adding your favourite fruit will infuse the water with delicious fresh flavours, and a tablespoon of chia seeds will give your beverage a nutritious boost.

ingredients

  • fresh cold water
  • 4 tbsp graze chia seeds
  • 13 cucumber
  • mint leaves
  • sliced lemon
  • pomegranate
  • fresh blueberries
  • sliced lime
  • 12 graze dried pineapple

instructions

Cucumber & mint: slice the cucumber and tear off the mint leaves and add them to an empty bottle. Add a tablespoon of chia seeds, fill with water and shake well.

Lemon & pomegranate: Slice the lemon and add them to the second bottle with pomegranate seeds and a tablespoon of chia seeds. Fill with water and shake well.

Crushed blueberries: Smash some fresh blueberries with a pestle and mortar or just with a fork. Add to the third bottle with a tablespoon of chia seeds. Fill with water and shake well.

Pineapple & lime: Cut the pineapple into long chunks and slot them into the last bottle with some sliced lime and a tablespoon of chia seeds. Fill with water and shake well.

Refrigerate overnight so that the chia seeds absorb the water and expand. Make sure you shake well before drinking!
