The 31-year-old showed off her enviably slender frame in a vibrant coral one-piece, as she soaked up the sunshine by her hotel pool.

Speaking to MailOnline about the condition - defined by the anxiety caused by a distorted image of the self - Ashley said last month: 'I'm definitely more confident in terms of like, I literally used to look at my body with disgust.

'I have learned to embrace it, I think being more open and authentic and honest on social media helps that journey.
'I'd definitely being lying if I said that I didn't like have days where I felt insecure about things.'
