It was claimed last month that he was trying to get custody of Hannah, one of the eight children he has with his ex-wife Kate Gosselin.

And Jon Gosselin, who shot to fame on the reality show Jon And Kate Plus Eight, spent Father's Day weekend with 14-year-old Hannah in Atlantic City.

Hannah, a sextuplet, went to dinner Saturday night with her 41-year-old father and his girlfriend Colleen Conrad, who was celebrating her birthday.

Posting an Instagram selfie of the trio at the restaurant Buddakan, Jon wrote: 'Happy Birthday Colleen!!! Great dinner last night with Colleen, Hannah, Nonna and Dude!!!!'

On Father's Day, Hannah posted an Instagram collage of photos showing herself and Jon together, writing: 'Happy Fathers Day Dad. I love you so much, your the best dad anyone could ever ask for. I love our late night ice cream runs together. Your the best.'

Jon's 10-year marriage to Kate produced twin daughters Cara and Madeleine in 2000. Four years later came the sextuplets.

The reality show began in 2007, but by 2009, the marriage ended as Jon swatted away a persistent swirl of rumors alleging his multiple affairs.

Kate was also reported to have cheated on Jon with bodyguard Steve Neild, but like Jon, she strenuously denied adultery.

Jon ultimately left the reality show, which subsequently became Kate Plus Eight and is still running on TLC, 11 years after debuting under its original title.

In Touch Weekly reported last month that Jon was attempting to gain custody of Hannah, who according to a source 'doesn’t want to film, but Kate is making her and she’s not the only child who has no interest in being on the show.'

Shortly thereafter, a source gabbed to E! News: 'Jon is filing for custody because Hannah has expressed she is unhappy and uncomfortable in the house with Kate.'

His romance with Colleen went public in 2015, and that year, he told Us Weekly he was 'just living a normal life and DJing,' to the point it was 'almost like before' fame.'
