Tiffany Haddish wears THAT white Alexander McQueen dress for FOURTH TIME during MTV Awards host gig

Most stars wouldn't be caught dead repeating the same designer outfit.

But Tiffany Haddish is definitely getting the bang for her buck.

The 38-year-old star hosted the MTV Movie & TV Awards which aired on Monday night as she wore her $4,000 Alexander McQueen dress for the fourth time.

She has made several appearances in the clinging white number with a thigh-high split but perhaps this one during her hosting gig was the most epic of all.

Tiffany paired the halter gown with a pair of strappy metallic silver stilettos.

The stunner also made light of the outfit change as she said: 'Welcome back to my Alexander McQueen dress.

'I feel like I should be able to wear what I want, when I want, no matter how many times I want, as long as I Febreezed it.'

The Girls Trip star has no shame about sporting the dress  to the premiere last July, while hosting SNL, and more recently during the Academy Awards in March.

And Keanu actress, 38, finally explained the story behind her now-iconic dress, admitting she 'cried' after seeing the $4k receipt, in a new interview with W Magazine

Haddish explained that 'the story of that dress' began when she enlisted the help of a stylist last year.

'I hired a stylist for Girls Trip,' the The Carmichael Show talent said, '[The stylist] said, "Girl, if you're trying to make it to the next level in your career, you're going to have to spend a little money." I said, "I'm down to look my best. Whatever it takes."'

But 'whatever it takes' meant way more than the star initially guessed.

Priceless! The dress cost much more than Tiffany originally guessed, but she admitted: 'I should've known ¿ wasn't no price tag on that dress'

Level up! Tiffany (above in Girls Trip) shelled out for the dress after her stylist suggested she needed to spend a little in order to 'make it to the next level'

'I should've known — wasn't no price tag on that dress,' she continued. 'So I wear it for Girls Trip, and then they give me the receipt. When I saw the receipt, I cried.

'The dress was $4,122! So I'm wearing it multiple f***ing times. I don't care what nobody say.'

Having worked her way to fame from tough times, even being homeless at one point, the New York Time Bestselling author was shocked by how much a silly, albeit fabulous, dress could cost.

Pretty penny! Tiffany listed the other things you could buy with $4000 as further reason why she should wear and re-wear the frock, saying: ''That's a down payment on a car, that's a medical bill.' The star stuns at the Vanity Fair Oscars After Party back in March, above

'That's a down payment on a car, that's a medical bill. So, even though everyone says I shouldn't wear the dress in public again, I'm wearing it.'

And it's possible that the little white McQueen will make an appearance once again.

Tiffany will take the stage at Just For Laughs festival in Montreal, Canada this July 28, where she headlines along with Kevin Hart.

Encore! It's possible that Tiffany (above during her SNL gig) will step out in the little white McQueen once again. She'll perform at Just For Laughs festival in Montreal, Canada this July 28, where she headlines along with Kevin Hart
